• ScriptMatrix CRM and ERP platforms
• Website contact and project inquiry forms
• Demo, consultation, and onboarding requests
• WhatsApp Business integrations, where applicable
• Other third-party integrations used to provide our services

02.Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad Data

ScriptMatrix primarily acts as a technology service provider and processes Lead Ad information on behalf of the business that created the advertisement. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad:

• The advertiser collects the information you submit.
• It may be transferred to the advertiser's ScriptMatrix CRM using Meta APIs.
• ScriptMatrix processes this information on the advertiser's behalf.
• ScriptMatrix does not sell or use Lead Ad data for its own independent marketing.

03.How to Request Data Deletion

If you submitted your information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad connected to a ScriptMatrix-integrated system, contact us at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address or phone number used in the Lead Ad
• Approximate date of submission, if available
• Advertiser or business name, if known

04.Processing of Deletion Requests

After receiving a verified request:

1. ScriptMatrix verifies the request to help protect your information.
2. We forward requests about advertiser-owned Lead Ad data to the relevant business.
3. Applicable data is deleted from our systems where we control or process it.
4. We or the relevant business will provide confirmation when processing is complete, where appropriate.

Requests are handled within timelines required by applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), where applicable.

05.Requests to Advertisers

Lead Ad information is collected for the advertiser's purposes, and the advertiser may be the data owner or controller. You may also request deletion directly from the business whose advertisement you interacted with.

• Contacting the advertiser directly may help resolve a request about its records.
• ScriptMatrix can assist the advertiser with applicable deletion requests where required.
• You may still contact ScriptMatrix at info@scriptmatrix.in for assistance.

06.Website and Inquiry Data Deletion

If you submitted information through:

• ScriptMatrix website contact forms
• Project inquiry forms
• Consultation, demo, or onboarding registration forms
• Service-related communication

You may request deletion by emailing info@scriptmatrix.in.

07.WhatsApp Communication Data

If you communicated with a business through a WhatsApp integration powered by ScriptMatrix, including utility messages sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API, your phone number and message content belong to the business you contacted. ScriptMatrix may retain messaging metadata and agent logs only as needed to provide the service.

The business may disconnect its WhatsApp Business Account from ScriptMatrix CRM to stop further messages through our platform. To request deletion, email info@scriptmatrix.in with your name, WhatsApp phone number, approximate date, and business name if known. We will verify the request, coordinate with the business where it owns the data, and delete applicable records from our systems.

08.Identity Verification Requirement

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, ScriptMatrix may request limited information to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

We request only information reasonably necessary to verify and process your request.

09.Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention and security
• Contractual obligations
• Regulatory reporting
