Meta (Facebook) Integration
ScriptMatrix, operated by ScriptMatrix Private Limited, provides integration with Meta platforms through the ScriptMatrix Integration Hub to enable authorized business users to connect their Meta business assets with ScriptMatrix CRM and enterprise software platforms.
When a user connects their Meta account, ScriptMatrix may access information authorized by the user through Meta, including basic account information, Facebook Pages, Page IDs and names, Lead Forms, Lead Ads information, leads submitted through authorized forms, campaign-related information, and other business information required to provide the integration.
01. How We Use Meta Data
Information received from Meta is used strictly to:
- Connect authorized Facebook Pages with ScriptMatrix CRM.
- Retrieve and display Facebook Pages and Lead Forms available to the authorized user.
- Receive leads generated through Meta/Facebook Lead Ads in real-time.
- Automatically create inquiries or leads in the customer's ScriptMatrix CRM.
- Map Meta Lead Form information with ScriptMatrix CRM fields.
- Identify lead sources, forms, Pages, and related campaign information.
- Provide lead synchronization, integration status, and related reporting.
- Support authorized lead and marketplace integration features.
No Sale or Trading of Meta Data:
ScriptMatrix does not sell, rent, or trade information obtained through Meta.
Meta lead information received through the integration is made available only to the ScriptMatrix customer who authorized the integration and their authorized CRM users.
02. Meta Access Tokens and Permissions
ScriptMatrix may securely store Meta access tokens, Page identifiers, integration configuration, and other information required to maintain the connection.
Access tokens are used only for authorized communication with Meta APIs and are not intentionally disclosed publicly.
Users may revoke permissions through their Meta/Facebook account settings or disconnect Meta directly from the ScriptMatrix Integration Hub.
After disconnection, ScriptMatrix will stop retrieving new information through that Meta connection. Previously synchronized lead information may remain within the customer's ScriptMatrix CRM as part of their business records.
03. Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information received through Meta against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Meta integration information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the integration, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
04. User Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of information associated with their Meta integration by following our User Data Deletion Instructions or by contacting ScriptMatrix Private Limited.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, applicable Meta integration data will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business-record purposes.
05. Meta Platform Compliance
Our use of information received from Meta APIs will comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and requirements governing the Meta services and permissions used by ScriptMatrix.
ScriptMatrix and the ScriptMatrix Integration Hub are operated by ScriptMatrix Private Limited and are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., except through the use of authorized Meta platform services and APIs.
